Mongolia: Team Building and Library Management

As 2022 has arrived, TFCF Mongolia Branch Office has been preparing to launch our projects this year. The work teams are all recently appointed. Therefore, the staffs need some team-building exercises to improve the relationship among them, which would then advance the smoothness of the operation overall. At the same time, there are around 5,000 books stored at the Office’s library, loaned to our supporting children and families. We consider reading a cornerstone for success, and we took great care of our book collection. As a result, we invited the librarians from the Mongolian National Library to teach our staff about books management. And to improve the quality of service we provide to our supporting children and families.
